Future Projects
1) Sooke Business Park is a 70 lot industrial / office park on a 50 acre site in Sooke. This project has just closed and we are working with Three Point Properties Ltd. in a joint venture on this project. Avaialble this spring.
2) Terraces at Latoria Walk – 14 Exclusive luxury patio homes and 4 exclusive single family homes at Latoria Walk backing onto Havenwood Park.
3) Duncan Place – 6 lot sub-division in Langford currently under construction. Homes will be available this summer or early fall.

1) Latoria Walk phase 1 and 2 consisting of 65 residential lots.
2) Patio Homes at Latoria Walk consisting of 30 luxury duplex style patio homes
3) Brownstones at Latoria Walk – two 5 unit New York style brownstones
Past Projects
1) Highlands Estates phases 1 and 2. This 150 acre sub-division is located next to 1200 acre Gowland-Todd Park in the Highlands. Gorgeous Estate Acerages ranging from 2 – 4 acres.
2) Sun Valley in Langford 18 lots and houses.
